Wellness Day Activities Follow Up:
After MME testing on Tuesday, our freshmen and sophomores participated
in five Wellness Day activities. In one session, Yoga Life SJ instructors lead
our students through yoga and mediation practice. Thank you, Yoga Life SJ,
for your generous donation of time, teaching our students the benefits of
yoga--breath, movement, and mindfulness. What a great way to de-stress
from testing!
