St. Joseph High School News 3/25/19 - 3/29/19 MME Testing Week: Dear Parents and Guardians, The week we return from spring break, St. Joseph High School will be administering the Michigan Merit Exam to juniors, and the PSAT to freshmen and sophomores.  Seniors will be participating in Career Day. Please put the dates below on your calendars and help your students come rested and prepared. These assessments are one measure of college readiness and one evaluation tool the state uses to determine district success.   Please encourage your student(s) to give their best effort. Tuesday, March 26, 2019 Juniors :  Pre-Administration for SAT & WorkKeys Assessment (approx. 70 minutes)      *You will have the opportunity to send your scores to 4 colleges and you will need to know your average grade for each core class. St. Joseph High School News 3/18/19 - 3/22/19 Prom: Junior-Senior Prom Saturday, April 13th 7-11 pm. Tickets: $30 a person Ticket sales start Monday, March 26th during A and B lunches and will be available to purchase until lunch on Friday, April 12th Any student planning on bringing a guest who does not attend SJHS will need to fill out the guest waiver form BEFORE purchases a tickets. Students can get forms from the attendance office or Mrs. Culver and Mrs. Becker. Band News: Congratulations to the SJHS band members, Jacob Maynard, Reese Uzelac and Bradley Gaver, who were selected by audition for the MSBOA District 6 All Star Band! They will be performing in a public concert with students from across the District under the direction of Dr. Matthew Arau on Saturday, March 23 rd at 2:00 PM at Paw Paw High School.
