 St. Joseph High School News 11/21/22 - 11/25/22 Happy Thanksgiving!  From all of us at SHJS!  SJHS Musical - Mamma Mia!  Congratulations to the cast and crew of Mamma Mia!  This past weekend was a huge success and the students did a great job with the show!  St. Joseph High School News 11/14/22 - 11/18/22 Student Senate:  SJHS Veterans Breakfast 2022! SJHS Musical:  Key Club:  It has been another busy week for Key Club!  The week started with members volunteering to be face painters for the Berrien County Cancer Service Art Play Festival and raking leaves for senior citizens through the United Way! And the week ended on Saturday with our club hosting the Michigan District of Key Club's fall service/leadership conference!  SJ Key Club hosted 260 members from across the state for a day full of meeting new people, attending leadership training sessions, and participating in service projects.  Our club has 2 members on the state of MI board, Mei Mei Saggau Drotos (Events Chair) and Clara Berry (Lieutenant Governor Division 8).  Mei Mei and Clara, along with the other board members have spent several months planning this state-wide event.  Thank you for your leadership!  Also, thanks to the SJ/BH Kiwanis members for flipping pancakes for l

 St. Joseph High School News 10/31/22 - 11/4/22 Student Senate:  Mamma Mia: Baking Club:  Many thanks for a special Maize Day event last week - A huge thanks to Maddie Haydon, owner of MaddieKakes Bake Shop, for teaching cookie decorating to SJHS students, thank you to Baking Club members for baking the cookies ahead of time, and thank you to the SJPS Foundation for supporting this incredible learning opportunity for our students.     Maddie is not only a phenomenal artist/baker but is also an amazing teacher.  This combination made for a very special class.  Every student left feeling successful and accomplished. Hospitality Class: CTE Hospitality/Culinary students made over 1000 crepes last Friday at the BRESA CTE Career Fair.  They spoke with freshmen from all over Berrien County about coming to SJHS for Culinary Arts in a few years.  This is an exciting industry to join!  Thank you Tyler Valentine, Audrey Miller, and Megan White for all your hard work.  FAFSA Help:  GET HELP COMPLE
