Financial Aid Night

Lake Michigan College will be hosting a Financial Aid Night at each of our campuses. Students and parents canlearn about financial aid, grants, scholarships, and basic information on filing the FAFSA. There will also be a Q&A session at the end of presentation. Please help us spread the word with your students and their parents. The financial aid nights will be held on the following dates:
 
Napier Avenue Campus – Wednesday, October 19th at 6:30pm
South Haven Campus – Tuesday, October 25th at 6:30pm
Bertrand Crossing – Thursday, October 27th at 6:30pm


SJPS Foundation Fundraiser:
·      Order Silver Beach Pizza on Tues. Oct. 4th.  Part of all carryout or dine-in proceeds go towards SJPS Foundation.

Key Club:
Congratulations to Key Club they made the front page of the Herald Palladium!!  Way to represent SJHS!

Fall Sports Program:

In case you have missed it at the games, you can get a copy of the Fall Sports Program in the SJHS Athletic Office.  The program includes team pictures, candid shots, sports schedules and statistics.  The program cost is $5 and contributions support our band and orchestra programs.

Also, you can submit candid shots from this season's fall sports for possible inclusion in next year's program by August 1st, 2017 to sjfallprogram16@yahoo.com.



Art Prize 2016 Trip:
Oct. 5th, Mr. Culver took a group of students to Grand Rapids.  Mr. Culver indicated it was a very successful trip! You helped positively impact 122 SJPS students’ lives today!!

Congratulations to  Anna Vi & Joe Catania for being recognized as our February Bears of the Month at SJHS! Winterfest Spirit Week: (Next Week!!) Weekend Food Program: Mrs. Wagner and Mrs. Juengling started a weekend food program for 15 families at SJHS!  The food program is sponsored by a teacher and classroom each week. Within the first 2 weeks of the program the remainder of the school year had been scheduled and accounted for by a teacher and their students.  Wow! And Awesome!  SJHS Student Section:  The student section at the Girls and Boys basketball game the past Friday night brought their own version of ESPN to SJHS!!  Very fun and cool!  Literary Magazine News:  St. Joseph High School's 2019 literary magazine , revive has been selected to receive the rank of REALM First Class (the highest honor)

Veterans Breakfast 2018! SJHS Student Senate will be hosting a Veterans Breakfast on Wednesday, November 7th beginning at 8am in the Student Center at the high school.
