One World - Community Opportunity

Football Fundraiser:
Hello Football Families:
This event will take place on Friday, June 7th beginning at 7 pm at the St. Joe Kickers.  This will be our largest fundraiser for our 2019 St. Joe Bears Football team. There are details about the Reverse Raffle on the attachment and even more information at: https://sites.google.com/view/reverse-raffle-2019/
As with any great fundraising event it takes many people to make it successful.  The St. Joe Football program needs your help to make this event a fun and successful evening. We are only selling 200 tickets to the event.  We encourage each family to take advantage of this and purchase your ticket(s) as soon as possible. If you can sell additional tickets to friends and family members please forward them the attached flyer!  We would also like to hang flyers in local businesses so if you own a business or know of a local business who would be receptive to posting a flyer please reply to this email. If you own a business or have a service and you would like to donate to our auction/raffle please let us know-we would love your help and also to promote your business!
Again, we need many families to help put this event together. We have several committees that we are looking for volunteers to help with. Committees are:
Set-up/Clean-up/Decorations
Food
Prizes (auction/donations)
Ticket sales and Flyer distribution
We all make up the St. Joe Football Boosters because our son’s play a game they love. Let’s show them our support and come together to make this Reverse Raffle a huge success and an annual event for St. Joe Football.
Please contact a board member or reply to this email with any questions and how you are able to help.
Thanks so much and Go Bears!
