Seniors – Cap and Gown Orders

Attention Seniors! If you missed the order day to turn in your cap and gown and other graduation products order form, the deadline has been extended until this Friday, November 18th! You have 3 options to place your order: Turn your order in to Mrs. Koch in the guidance office, place your order online at www.jostens.com or place your order over the phone at 1-800-JOSTENS (567-8367) no later than this Friday. Please do not miss this final deadline.

Class Rings


A reminder that Josten's representatives will be at school during lunch on Monday, November 21st to deliver class rings. Your ring must be paid in full in order to receive it. No checks can be accepted on the day of delivery, cash or money order only please. If anyone is in need of warranty adjustments to their class ring or would like to order a class ring please see a representative at that time also.  Thank you.
 
 
Career Night – Sponsored by Interact Club

The Second Annual Career Night sponsored by Interact Club is Thursday, November 17, 6-8 pm in the St. Joseph High School Competition Gym. 

Students and parents from area schools will have the chance to meet with over 40 Career Professionals from Law, to Veterinary Medicine, to Nuclear Engineering. This is a great chance to explore career options, meet high-level professionals and get business cards for future communication. Sponsored by Interact Club and led by SJHS Interact Mentoring Director, Larkin Johnson, the event is open to all students from Bridgman High School, Bridgman Middle School, Lake Michigan Catholic High School, Lake Michigan Catholic Middle School, Lakeshore High School, Lakeshore Middle School, St. Joseph High School and Upton Middle School. For more information, see the Guidance Office.

Parent Teacher Conferences

It was great to see so many of you at parent teacher conferences last week!!  Both sessions were well attended.  If you did not have an opportunity to speak with a teacher last week and would like to, please do not hesitate to reach out and contact them via email.

Student Senate Veteran’s Breakfast

Student Senate is putting on the 3rd annual Veteran's Breakfast on November 17th in the Student Center from 8:00 to 10:00am. St. Joseph High School News 1/29/18 - 2/2/18  High School Heroes: This week, we feature Bean Klusendorf and Kelsey Froelich as our High School Heroes in Issue # 14. Congratulations to the “Netflix and Chili” team of Logan Borah, Daniel Okonski, and Ali Koehler as they won 1st Place in the downtown Chili competition Friday night. They competed against 30 other teams (many of whom were professional chefs)!  The judges felt our high school team had the chili with the best texture and most balanced flavors!  They served approximately 600 tasting cups at the Caffe Tosi location. St. Joseph High School News 2/3/20 - 2/7/20 February Bears of the Month:  February Bears of the Month! Congratulations to  Anna Vi & Joe Catania for being recognized as our February Bears of the Month at SJHS! Winterfest Spirit Week: (Next Week!!) Weekend Food Program: Mrs. Wagner and Mrs. Juengling started a weekend food program for 15 families at SJHS!  The food program is sponsored by a teacher and classroom each week. Within the first 2 weeks of the program the remainder of the school year had been scheduled and accounted for by a teacher and their students.  Wow!
