Academic Challenge News:

The Bears Academic Challenge Team won a close match vs. the St. Joseph Lions Club last week.

Ramzi Dumke answered the last question of the match, breaking the tie and securing the victory for the

Bears.  Senior Captain Max Warriner came up big for the Bears and led the team in scoring.   Ryan

Lokey, Fiona Rusk, and Reile Netzley also scored points as the Bears needed every last one.  The Bears

won the coveted "Golden Brain Award" for the second straight year and now lead the series 17-8.  The

team will now prepare for the upcoming WSJM League and the Holland Invitational Tournament.

Academic Challenge/Quiz Bowl is open to all students and there is still time to join.  If interested, talk

to any team member or see Coach Etter in room H603.
