Key Club News:

Key Club had two successful projects this weekend!  Our club teamed up with the Lakeshore Key Club

to make 42 blankets for Hospice.  Big thanks to Becky Laney (Blanket Brigade) for organizing it and

providing the supplies.

Also, the club completed our Road Clean-up Project with our new Kiwanis Advisor, Ashley Schulte

(former SJ grad and KC member)!  It was very hot and humid but we picked up a lot of trash,

unfortunately no treasures.  HA!

SAT/ACT Prep:

Dear Parents (and Students),

NOW is the perfect opportunity to start (or continue) training for the ACT and SAT.   I cannot emphasize enough how critical it is to prepare for these exams. Colleges accept BOTH tests, so there are two keys to unlock the same door when it comes to college admission and college scholarship $.

I wanted to inform you that Dr. Carlin of drcarlinstestprep.com will be offering his popular SAT Prep Course (w/ ACT Supplement) at St. Joseph High School beginning WED November 10  at 6:30 p.m. EST (Media Center).  This is a 3-session, 7.5-hour course (see details below).

REGISTER @  http://www.drcarlinstestprep.com/2021-st-joe-hs-satact.html

Dr. Carlin does an outstanding job presenting both the strategy and content of these complex exams at a fraction of the cost, and he gets results.  This course can help students maximize their scores, opening the doors to more competitive colleges as well as bigger money scholarships.

Instructor:  Dr. Scott Carlin, Ph.D.

Dates:  Wednesdays NOV 10, 17, & DEC 1 (three-session course)

Time:  6:30-9:00 p.m. EST

Location:  St. Joseph High School (St. Joseph, MI)

Room:  Media Center/LGI

Cost:  $249

Register: @ http://www.drcarlinstestprep.com/2021-st-joe-hs-satact.html

Students should bring pencils, a notebook, a folder, a calculator, and a copy of Official SAT Study Guide, 2020 Edition ($12-16 on Amazon) RECOMMENDED but not required.

Dr. Carlin will provide each student all other necessary class materials as part of the course.
