Back to School Night:
Dear Parents,
Welcome
back SJHS parents and students. Back to School Night for parents is tonight, September 12th from 6:30pm to
8:30pm.
The
purpose of Back to School Night is to give you an opportunity to attend all of
your student’s classes, to meet the teachers, and to hear a presentation
regarding their class objectives, grading system, course content and other
pertinent information.
When
you arrive in the building please pick up a map of the building and other
information pertaining to the night in the front hallway just outside the
guidance office. We will NOT be providing hard-copy schedules this
year, so make sure to verify your student’s schedule on Power School prior to
arrival. Please feel free to take extra time to explore the
building. At 6:20 pm please report to your student’s first hour
class. Announcements will take place at 6:25pm.
We
will have Parent-Teacher Conferences on the afternoon and evening of Nov. 10th
at which time you will have the opportunity to meet your children’s teachers to
discuss specifics regarding your child’s progress.
We
hope that you will be able to attend our Back to School Night.
Sincerely,
Greg
Blomgren

their passions and build the foundation for who they will become. Recently,

are dedicated to encouraging students to enhance the culture of their school,
and pursue their passions. We want to share one of Mike's messages directly
