Wellness Day Planned for Students: (April 10 th )   The afternoon of April 10 all freshman and sophomore students will be participating in St. Joseph High School’s first Wellness Afternoon.  That morning they will be taking the PSAT.  Instead of having freshmen and sophomores return to regular classes that afternoon, we designed an afternoon that focuses on wellness.  It is comprised of five sessions: Community Service, Community Building, Digital Detox, Anxiety + Coping Strategies, and Meditation + Yoga.  Community Service:  Your student will make a blanket for the non-profit ...
