Congratulations to Anna Vi & Joe Catania for being recognized as our February Bears of the Month at SJHS! Winterfest Spirit Week: (Next Week!!) Weekend Food Program: Mrs. Wagner and Mrs. Juengling started a weekend food program for 15 families at SJHS! The food program is sponsored by a teacher and classroom each week. Within the first 2 weeks of the program the remainder of the school year had been scheduled and accounted for by a teacher and their students. Wow! And Awesome! SJHS Student Section: The student section at the Girls and Boys basketball game the past Friday night brought their own version of ESPN to SJHS!! Very fun and cool! St. Joseph High School News 4/29/19 - 5/3/19 Science Olympiad: (Congrats!!) On Saturday, April 27 th , the St. Joseph High School Science Olympiad team competed in the state tournament at Michigan State University. The team came in 40 th out of the 60 top teams in the state. Evelyn Faust and Thomas Chen medaled in their chemistry lab event by taking 8 th place overall out of the 60 schools present. The team worked very hard throughout the year. We also want to thank all the volunteers that came forward to give their time and experience to help develop these fantastic kids. Average Joes - Robotics Update: (Congrats!!) After 10 qualification matches at the Detroit World Robotics Championship, the Average Joes ranked 2nd out of 68 teams on the Tesla field.
