 St. Joseph High School News 1/25/21 - 1/29/21 Semester Exams: High School Students (REMINDER) Parents and students, we have decided to eliminate semester exams for the first semester this year due to the fact we have been alternating and adjusting schedules a lot this first semester with face to face, remote, and now hybrid instruction.  Teachers will be working towards the end of the semester and the majority of classes will be finishing the 1st semester with a unit, chapter, or project based assessment that will be calculated as part of the students second quarter grade.  Grades for students not taking exams will be calculated as shown here; 1st Quarter = 50% of 1st semester grade  2nd Quarter = 50% of 1st semester grade  1st Semester = Avg. of the 1st and 2nd Quarter Students who are taking Direct Credit classes with us at SJHS for Lake Michigan College credit are required to still take exams.   The school schedule for exam days, Jan. 27th, 28th, a...
